We advise founders, owners, entrepreneurs, heirs, artists, athletes and other public figures on decisions that connect their business interests, leadership, public roles and longer ambitions: a company, an investment, a mandate, a body of work, a public position. Because the person and the enterprise are judged together, a personal decision is rarely only personal—the choice is usually about the whole, creating opportunities and risks that cannot be addressed in isolation.
When clients call us
When a career needs more than recognition. Talent, achievement and public visibility do not automatically create the opportunities someone wants. We work alongside artists, entrepreneurs and other public figures over time, strengthening their positioning, building their reputations and developing the relationships that help their ambitions take shape.
When an opportunity could open a new chapter. A major collaboration, commercial partnership, investment or new venture can extend someone’s reach, but not every opportunity is worth pursuing. We help assess the potential, develop the proposition and bring together the people and partners who can make it happen.
When a position carries significant responsibilities. Owners, heirs, chairs and public figures may carry obligations to businesses, institutions and people with competing expectations. We help them navigate those interests, build confidence in their leadership and develop initiatives that deliver on their commitments.
When reputation and personal interests come under pressure. A dispute, public controversy or unexpected setback can affect a person’s standing, relationships and commercial interests at once. We help establish the facts, anticipate stakeholder reactions and manage the response alongside legal and other advisers, protecting what matters beyond the immediate crisis.
The role we play
We advise the person directly on decisions across business interests, leadership, public roles and personal initiatives, working where appropriate with their chief of staff, family office and existing advisers. A personal mandate may include the person’s company, family, foundation or estate, but not automatically. We work discreetly with a clear understanding of whose interests we represent. Some relationships develop over years, while others centre on a particular assignment.
Relevant experience
Our work has included founders and owners, leaders of listed and private companies, artists and authors, and estates and foundations built around names and legacies of global significance. Assignments have ranged from building careers and public profiles to developing commercial partnerships, navigating ownership changes and managing sensitive reputational matters.
Working with us
We take a long view, even on short assignments. An opportunity can make sense in isolation and fit poorly with the rest of a person’s life. What looks attractive today may limit someone’s choices tomorrow, while building genuine standing often requires more than visibility. We weigh opportunities against the person’s ambitions, responsibilities and relationships, then help develop those worth pursuing. The measure is not activity or attention, but what the work makes possible. These relationships depend on mutual confidence earned through working together.
